Training on earth plaster techniques

One of my mission at BC Materials is to train professionals on their sites where they are applying clay earth renders. I am also leading lessons in reconversion training centers. The demand for this type of render is higher than the number of skilled workers available on the market. I really appreciate to be on site with the workers transmitting my knowledge on clay renderings.
